Motivación y Deporte

Con las canciones mencionadas antes (sirve cualquier cancion que les guste), sirven para una preparacion psicologica antes de realizar la prueba. Es importante, que cyuando estes escuchandola visualizes la pueba, sientas los movimientos que vallas  a realizar.
